FFReturn of underwear to the store is possible within the time limits established by Federal Law No. 2300-1 for defective goods. This is the warranty period established for the product by the manufacturer or directly by the outlet.
The return period is 14 days from the date of purchase.
The general provisions of the Federal Law state: it is allowed to return the purchase to the store within the time limits established for this if there are the following reasons:
- Detection of a factory defect in the purchased item, incomplete or inaccurate information about the product.
You can exchange such a low-quality item before the expiration of the warranty period.
It is allowed to hand over the purchased linen jersey only if there are violations. In this case, the trade organization that sold underwear of inadequate quality is obliged to return the money paid for it or exchange products for another that does not have flaws.
By law, you cannot return / exchange a set or a separate product if:
- The consumer did not fit in color, cut, model;
- Does not meet aesthetic tastes;
- Bought in a store, on the Internet, but then changed their minds;
- Not satisfied with the set.
That is, if the buyer purchased it spontaneously, without trying it on, or received it as a gift, and the color, model or size does not suit him, but the item is of high quality, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
The law on the protection of consumer rights in the event of the purchase of low-quality goods does not make a difference in the methods of purchase. A defective item purchased on the online platform is also subject to an exchange.
To do this, you need to go to the seller's website and write an email claim there. The next step is that the low-quality goods, together with a copy of the receipt, are sent to the address of the central warehouse of the seller or delivered to the company's point of issue.
